Chapter 1953: Su Mo Is Back
As Su Mo walked on the streets of Heavenly Underworld City, he searched his memories.
He had sealed the memories from Wu Chen that he had obtained when he searched the man’s soul for a long time. Su Mo wanted to check what experts there were in Heavenly Underworld City.
“Sorcerer King Sage Xue, Second Priest and Third Priest!” According to his memories, there were only these 3 experts in Heavenly Underworld Star.
Granted, it had been many years and there might be new Martial Sages. However, there wasn’t an Empty God in the side branch.
“Sorcerer King Sage Xue!” Su Mo muttered to himself. This was Wu Fengtian’s father, the leader of the Heavenly Underworld Star.
However, according to Wu Chen’s memories, Sorcerer King Sage rarely was at the Heavenly Underworld Star in the past and Su Mo didn’t know if that was true now.
Yet, the security around Heavenly Underworld Star was very high now and the Sorcerer King Sage should be standing guard at the Heavenly Underworld City.
Su Mo strode forward and arrive at an old looking manor.
This manor wasn’t the Sorcerer King Sage’s manor but the Third Priest’s manor.
He wanted to ask about the Firmament World fragments and hence he went there.
Su Mo had never seen the Third Priest before but according to Wu Chen’s memories, the Third Priest was an Initial Stage Martial Sage whose cultivation rank wasn’t very high.
Su Mo directly walked into the manor without any hesitation.
“This is the Third Priest’s manor, who are you? Report your name!” The four guards in front of the manor did not recognize the young man that Su Mo had changed his appearance to and one of them demanded that Su Mo report his name.
Yet, Su Mo bravely continued to walk past the gate, maintaining a stoic face as he walked past the guards.
The four guards were instantly devoured by him and they disappeared into thin air. The speed of this was so fast, average martial artists wouldn’t be sure what had happened.
Su Mo’s face was cold as he headed into the manor.
He could feel a strong aura emerging from deep inside the manor and Su Mo instinctively knew that it was the Third Priest.
“Who are you…?”
“You are not allowed to cause trouble here…”
“Who are you?”
Su Mo encountered a lot of people in the manor, many asking about his identity.
Yet, he continued on his way forward without uttering a single word and everyone that questioned him was devoured.
This was the power of a king, a cold and heartless person!
Not long later, Su Mo arrived in front of a small palace. He stood before its doors and glared coldly at it.
“He didn’t even recognize me!” Su Mo observed that the Third Priest had not appeared and was at a loss for words in his heart. He had not even thought of hiding himself.
It seems that the man had closed himself in a deep cultivation, not taking note of the outside world.
With a cold scoff, Su Mo stepped down and slowly entered the palace.
The palace was not large and there were a few rooms. Su Mo directly walked into one.
Su Mo had sensed that the Third Priest was in the room.
Stones lined the walls of the room and the stone door of the room was closed tightly shut. Su Mo lifted his palms and casually pushed open the doors of the room.
A thin, middle-aged man was sitting cross-legged with his eyes closed. Dark Force was seeping out of the man and his aura was dense.
“He is actually rushing to the Middle Stage Martial Sage Realm!” Su Mo coldly laughed. No wonder the man did not come out, he was rushing through the bottleneck of his realm.
Shoosh!
Right at that moment, the middle-aged man opened his eyes, a sharp and cold glare shooting out of them.
“Courting your own death!” Rage boiled out of the middle-aged man as he lifted his finger and pointed it at Su Mo. The man was completely furious that someone had interrupted him as he was breaking through his rank.
Who was this lad? Was he seeking his own death?
As such, the man did not hesitate to unleash an attack to kill Su Mo.
“Come at me!” Su Mo opened his palms and directly grabbed out at the Third Priest’s attack to him.
Bam bam bam!
The finger radiance struck against Su Mo’s palm and instantly started to crumble apart. The residual radiance that shot out at all directions created holes in the wall of the room, tearing off half of the roof of the pagoda at the same time.
Another hand stretched forward, Dark Force rolling out from it. Before the Third Priest could react, he was captured by his opponent.
“What?”
The Third Priest jumped in fright, not expecting his intruder to be so strong. He immediately stopped trying to break through his bottleneck, activating Dark Force to move out of his body and escape the grasp of the intruder.
However, he realized that he was powerless under the metal-like grip of Su Mo’s Dark Force palm.
Shoosh!
Su Mo pulled the Third Priest out of the room and lifted his palm to grab around the Third Priest’s neck. Instantly, boundless chaotic energy rushed into the Third Priest’s body.
Ah!
A terrified scream echoed through the room and sounded through the entire of Heavenly Underworld City.
Under Su Mo’s violent chaotic energy, the Third Priest’s body was ripped apart internally to become mesh. His organs and all the blood in his body had been destroyed.
“Tell me about the Firmament World!” Su Mo coldly demanded. He did not hold anything back as he was not afraid of being discovered by others once he entered Heavenly Underworld City.
The Third Priest remained powerless in his grasp and even his Fighting Soul had been locked inside his mind by Su Mo’s domineering Dark Force, unable to escape.
“You… you are Su Mo!” The Third Priest stammered with a pale white face. His eyes filled with disbelief, as though he could not imagine that he was stuck in such a scenario.
Su Mo was back!
He had infiltrated Heavenly Underworld City and rushed into his manor.
The Third Priest was at a loss. Now that he was in Su Mo’s hands, death was the only way out for him.
Shoosh shoosh shoosh!
Right at that moment, piercing sounds shook the air as the Third Priest’s scream had attracted numerous experts’ attention.
“Third Priest!”
“It is Su Mo!”
“Let the Third Priest go!”
The crowd observed the situation form the torn roof of the pagoda and immediately, all their faces fell as they screamed out demands.
Although Su Mo had changed his face, he did not hide his aura. In addition to the Third Priest’s loud scream, the crowd had recognized Su Mo.
How had Su Mo arrived at Heavenly Underworld City?
“If you don’t want to die immediately, answer my question!” Su Mo expressionlessly said, his face turning back to his original appearance as he coldly stared at the Third Priest.
The Third Priest was silent. He could not agree to Su Mo. Now that such a great event had happened, the Tribe Leader would have discovered Su Mo.
“You’re seeking your own death!” Su Mo did not have the patience to wait for the Third Priest to cooperate with him. He lifted his palm and hovered it about the Third Priest’s head, directly unleashing the Seeking Soul Art.
Since the Third Priest was silent, Su Mo would search for the answer himself.
The Seeking Soul Art did not have any ranks to it and as long as one’s mental strength was higher than his opponent’s, he could unleash the technique.
The Third Priest’s body jerked as his eyes rolled up. Instantly, his body started to vibrate violently.
“Third Priest!”
“What is Su Mo doing?”
“Let the Third Priest go!”
A group of Sorcerer Tribe martial artists exclaimed in fright. However, they did not dare to attack.
The entire city had been shocked by the event. Numerous Sorcerer Tribesmen hovered in the air as they stared helplessly at the scene in front of them. Yet, right at that moment, a strong aura was emerging from the middle of the Heavenly Underworld City.
