Jun Hongye and the Li Family Patriarch had left. Powerful warriors of the Central Imperial Universe now shifted their target to the Zen Mountain. Of course, they had not yet the courage to move in closer. They just kept monitoring the situation and not even the scouts were going near the mountain.

Central Imperial Universe didn’t want to take back the City of Chaos just yet. Once the warriors of the Mage Imperial Universe misread that as retaliation from the Central Imperial Universe, then everything could spin out of control. The Central Imperial Universe was not equipped with the ability to fend off the Mage Imperial Universe yet.

Mage Imperial Universe’s lunatics had decided to be here for three years. Once they had made up their mind, they would go through with the efforts regardless of the outcome. They were not called lunatics for no reason.

The Central Imperial Universe watched in safety while others fight. They were disappointed that—the Crippled Zen Master didn’t make another move. He just let the Mage Imperial Universe’s warriors blast the formation. If it had been a different case, the Central Imperial Universe would reap the advantage whichever side won.

Given that Leng Wuxin was Lu Li’s soul slave, she would not hurt him. He took out the pellet and consumed it at once. A moment later, he felt something. He was having a stomachache.

Yin Qingsi smiled sweetly. She nodded and said, “I have just reached the stage. Lu Li, call me Qingsi. Calling me Young Lady Yin is too polite. You have not answered my question yet.”

“Right!”

Lu Li forced a smile as he replied, “Not much progress. I have practically wasted six months. How is it out there?”

Yin Qingsi raised her head to the haze above them and said, “Those insane people from the Mage Imperial Universe have not given up yet. They are still attacking with all their efforts.”

Lu Li frowned. He looked up, feeling lost. Would he be stuck here for an entire life if those people stayed and never returned to the Mage Imperial Universe? What about the Heaven Reverse Universe?

The Mage Imperial Universe warriors might leave someday, but then the City of Chaos would be seized by Feng Family and Qi Family immediately. In that case, it would still be impossible for Lu Li to teleport to the Purgatory of Primordial Chaos from the City of Chaos.

He planned to reach the later stage of the Noble Lord Realm in three months. By then, after a period of accumulation, he could be ready to reach the Human Sovereign Realm.

It had been over two years since he left the Heaven Reverse Universe. In less than six years, the four forces would invade the Northern Desert. If he could not find a way to enter the Purgatory of Primordial Chaos in six years, then Lu Ling and all the other’s lives would be at risk.
