Patriarch of Law Enforcement issued an announcement on behalf of the Demon-slaying Hall, stating that the territories of the Palace of Immortal’s Inquires, Red Lunar and Pavilion of Blossoms were now in no one’s hand. Any force could come and fight for the cities and resources. Battles were allowed. That being said, there was one rule, no killing civilians.

This was a decision made after a careful discussion—it was inevitable that the Lu Family was the strongest of all. Even after Lu Li ascended to the Divinity, Lu Family would still maintain the advantage for a long time.

Jiang, Kong and Ye Families would be second only to the Lu Family while the other families would enjoy less status. The landscape of the Great Land could not be changed. In addition, per the discussion between Patriarch of Law Enforcement and the other patriarchs, some civilians and smaller families were going to be relocated to the Feather Land of the West and Ocean Land of the East. More lands would be available for other families to fight over. This way, there could be new major families.

The emergence of new families could pose a threat to the Lu, Ye, Kong and Jiang Families. It was likely that after hundreds of years or thousands of years, the four families would be gone.
