A week passed quickly.
Two days before New Year’s Day, Su Chen was showering while Chi Xia was watching TV. Suddenly, the doorbell rang.
Chi Xia was confused. At this time, the nanny had already finished cooking and left. Normally, no one would come, let alone at night.

Mother Su’s expression quickly returned to normal and she nodded. ” Miss Chi, is Chen Chen here? ”
“He’s taking a shower. Is there an emergency?” Chi Xia asked. She knew that Su Chen didn’t want to see his mother. Perhaps he would be unhappy when he saw his mother.
However, as soon as Chi Xia finished speaking, the girl beside Mother Su said unhappily, “”This is my brother’s house. Does my mother need to report to you when she’s looking for my brother?”
Jiaojiao, don’t talk nonsense! ” Mrs. Su frowned and scolded.

Mother Su was about to stop her when the bedroom door opened and Su Chen walked out.
Su Chen heard some noises from inside the house. He opened the door and saw Chen Jiaojiao in the living room. When he saw the person at the door, his face darkened.
“Why are you guys here?” Su Chen questioned in a low voice.
Chi Xia knew that Su Chen was unhappy, but Chen Jiaojiao completely ignored him. She went up to Su Chen and said, “”Brother, Mom and I are here to look for you…”
“Get lost!”
Before Chen Jiaojiao could get close, Su Chen’s cold words stopped her from touching him.

Su Chen looked at Mother Su coldly. ” What’s the matter? ”
