Chapter 2590: Huge Numbers
Chapter 2590: Huge Numbers
“This is the battle plan; we are going to attack with these numbers,” said the Grand Commander, and the document flashed in front of everyone.
Seeing it, my eyes couldn’t help but widen up; I was shocked seeing the battle plan and the number of Grandmasters and High Grandmaters they were going to use in the attack. To be honest, I had expected the high numbers, but not as such.
I looked around and saw everyone looking at the document; there was no surprise on their faces; it was clear they were involved in making the plan.
“Grand Commander, forgive me for the asking, but using such a number will hallow us out; we might even call some of the Grandmasters present in the forts,” I said.
The number is huge, so huge that the Grandmasters I have produced currently and the number I think we have on the reserve would be enough. We will have to call the Grandmasters, that are already on the missions, and that is a risky, very risky.
Not to mention, the whole plan is extremly dangerous. There is a high chance that it might turn into the final battle; even during the final battle of the last war, there wasn’t this number of Grandmasters fighting.
“Yes, and this might turn into the final battle, but we will have to make a stand and show the Grimms our might, or anything less is unacceptable,” she replied.
“The death of the lord of glass had hit them hard, and while our people are fighting with burning anger, it will not going to last, and unless we provide them something which they could hold on to, the moral of forces will downhill,” Lord Whitmore added.
I couldn’t but nod at that; the death of the lord of glass has created a huge effect on humans. Currently, they are angry at that and fighting with all their might, but this anger wouldn’t last long unless we could produce another Grand Lord or do something big.
We have a Grand Lord that is considered dead, and bringing him out world might solve the problem, but he is the trump card that Grand Lord is unwilling to reveal yet.
“Grandmaster, I should not be asking this after what you have done already, but I still hope you will be able to provide us more Grandmasters,” said the Grand Commander, and hearing that, a mirthless smile couldn’t help but appear on my face.
“I am not a miracle worker Grand Commander, but I promise you, I will try my hardest to provide the maximum Grandmasters to you,” I said, and a small smile appeared on her face.
“We recognize your efforts, Grandmaster. From now on, all the vaults of Pyramid will be open to you, and also, nine supremes have created the vaults for you; you have unrestricted access to them, can take everything you need,” she said, shocking me to my core.
Access to Pyramids vaults is not surprising. I already had access to most of them and knew the rest would be given to me sooner or later.
What is surprising is the vaults of supremes; they are incomparable to the Pyramid. The Pyramid runs on the donation of the organizations, 70% of which is provided by the supremes, while the 3o% comes from the rest of the organization and is gathered by the Pyramids forces.
The supremes are filthy rich; they have resources beyond compare; some of the resources in their vaults have been there for ten thousand years.
So, one can imagine how I am feeling, despite knowing that each one of them is offering me a single vault and there wouldn’t be their best resources, but still, it is something.
I couldn’t help but wonder what the council had done to make them open the vaults; the old bastards at supremes guard their vaults zealously, especially the three supremes that did not have the grand lord and leaders, who were sitting on the council, still have the old bastards to answer.
“Grandmaster Zaar, you have six days; give us the Grandmasters, and we will bring down fire and fury on the Grimms,” said Grand Commander, and this time, her aura leaked a little, and it had scared the shit out of me.
“You will be not disappointed with a number, Grand Commander,” I said finally, while my clone had brought out the secondary list of people. I wasn’t willing to make them advance this month, but given the circumstances, I did not have a choice.
The meeting lasted for another twenty minutes, but I was able to return five hours later. I had been into the vaults, and I have to say, they did not disappoint; even the Sky Saberbs vault had been filled with great things.

I opened the door and walked into the conference room, which was filled with people; everyone who is important to the project and trusted with all its details was there.
“Director,” They greeted as they got up from their chairs, “Everyone, please sit down,” I said and appeared by my seat before sitting down.
I looked at everyone who was looking at me and could feel the weight of loss in their eyes. Half of them never see seen lord of glass personally, much less talk to him, but they are still grieving.
He was not a person, bit pillar that protected the race, and now he is dead, and every human is grieving. I wish to give them time, at least a day, but there is not even a minute to waste; we have huge work in front of us, and until we finish it, there will be no rest.
“We are extending the date of monthly advancements by five days,” I said, directly getting down on the business. “Are we planning to add more people to the list?” Jim asked; it is not the first time we have postponed, and usually, it is due wanted to add more people.
“Yes, we are adding more people to the list,” I replied. “How many?” asked Grandmistress Sethi. I did not answer directly, instead tapped the table screen multiple times.
“These many,” I said, and the table with the information of people appeared. The table is highlighted in two colors, green and blue. Green were the ones who were selected for the breakthrough these months, and blue ones were the new people added, who obviously more.
Gasp Gasp Gasp
For a moment, nobody was able to react before the gasps began to ring out across the table and from the assistants who were standing behind.
“Th..this number is crazy!” said Grandmaster Salvador; he was so shocked seeing the numbers that even words couldn’t properly form in his mouth. “Many of them are not psychologically ready, director,” said Grandmistress Sethi.
She is not forceful with her words as she usually is; even people here did not outrightly reject the list I had put up. All of them are highly intelligent; they can sense the things that are happening around them and how we have to take more risks now.
“We do not have enough resources for these people,” said Jim, “You do not have to worry about that,” I replied and put a storage ring on the table and turned to Grandmistress Charline, who was signing her hands.
“Yes, there will be more failure, but it won’t be more than 10%; we will make sure of that,” I said to her. Usually, the failure rate is very low; in four months, there was not a single fail breakthrough, we already were perfect in our preparation, but this time, we did not have enough time for that.
