“Using his Zhonya’s Hourglass, Fizz dodged Jarvan’s fatal E Q combo, and he used Playful to escape the fight! He managed to kill Caitlyn under the Second Tier Tower and escaped with his life, it was a well executed move!”

“Volibear has cornered Jarvan, and followed by Varus’ attack, Team Scarlet’s Jarvan has been ended!”

“Singed…There’s just a Singed left!”

“Singed doesn’t have much health left, but he’s heading towards Varus, probably trying to bring him down together…”

“A one for one! Singed has brought Varus down with him. That was definitely a sensible decision. If the ADC were still alive, he could have brought down the towers and won the game!”

The host was explaining the byplay of the game quickly, trying to keep up with the rapid pace, and the audience’s eyes were glued to the screen.

The battle was fierce, with Team Dawn having the Baron Buff, they became more aggressive and had taken out Jayce, Caitlyn, Jarvan and Singed.

“Team Scarlet has been totally wrecked…”

“Oh, Team Scarlet’s Lux is still alive!” The host recovered quickly.

It wasn’t the host’s fault for the slip. In a teamfight, no one pays much attention to the Support. Also, even if the Support survives, it doesn’t make much of a difference as they wouldn’t have the damage to do anything.

On the opponent’s side, Volibear and Fizz were still alive. After killing the rest of Team Scarlet, they were retreating. They didn’t have much health left after tanking the tower for the kills.

Lux didn’t have the intention of letting them go so easily, throwing out her skills after them. Fizz easily repositioned himself, avoiding the hit from her. Volibear had enough health left and her skill were not enough to kill him.

“Tch, come a bit closer and you’re f*cked.” Yang Ying laughed coldly as Lux continued to harass him.

Lux’s health was dangerously low, all he needed was a few hits and she was dead. If she wasn’t a Support, Yang Ying would have killed her during the teamfight.

“Don’t bother, let’s Recall.” Lin Laowu said, reminding him of their objective.

Yang Ying nodded, guiding Fizz down to a corner, he pressed the Recall key.

Suddenly, an anomaly of twisted light flew through the wall, hitting the ground beneath Fizz!

“That was beautiful! Team Scarlet’s Lux managed to guess where Fizz was Recalling!” The host stated excitedly. “Sadly, Fizz managed to avoid her attack with his E—Playful. If that had managed to hit, Fizz may have died!”

“This guy… his instincts aren’t bad.” Lin Laowu snorted as he watched his teammate’s close call.

Fizz was standing at a blind spot, he had not expected Lux to give chase outside and had even managed to pinpoint his location. Yang Ying exhaled slowly, he was lucky his reaction time was fast and had managed to slam the key down, or he’d be dead now.

Wait.

Something wasn’t right. Yang Ying clicked on his mouse rapidly, trying to move Fizz.

“Demacia!”

A piercing scream sounded, and you could see a sparkling beam of light rushing out from the wall, directly into the path that Fizz was moving towards. The narrow path was completely lit up by the beam of light, Fizz had nowhere to run!

“Wah!”

Burnt by the light, Fizz let out a miserable croak, resembling a grilled fish, before flopping down to the ground on his stomach.

“F*ck!”

Yang Ying screamed in anger. The light came out too suddenly, and even if Yang Ying could react, he couldn’t dodge from the angle he was at. More importantly, his opponent was sly, knowing that he was recalling, she purposely threw another skill, forcing him to use his E before launching her ulti.

Shut Down!

It was a shutdown, 500 gold again!

Fizz had died a total of 3 times, the first was when he was first blooded.

The second was when he killed Lux under the tower, exchanging his life for hers.

The third was now, an ulti outside of the opponent’s base.

“For all Lux players, you would know that the cooldown on her ulti is very short. She can easily ulti twice in a teamfight.” The host’s eyes gleamed with excitement. “Her ulti landed directly on Fizz, who was just about to reach Godlike!”

A Support is just a Support, but completely ignoring their existence was also a painful price to pay!

“Oh, I almost forgot!”

The host exclaimed loudly, startling the audience, making them wonder what had happened.

“Look everyone, this player who had used Twisted Fate to conquer the field previously, has actually made a Mejai’s Soulstealer on his Support Lux!” The host continued, his voice growing louder.

“That’s right, it’s a Mejai’s!”

Mejai’s Soulstealer?

At the host’s reminder, the whole emporium’s gaze switched, finally realising that there was a white Mejai’s Soulstealer in Lux’s inventory. More importantly, after just now’s teamfight and shutdown, the stacks were now at six!

Assist on Riven, one stack.

Kill on Taric, two stacks.

Assist on Varus, one stack.

Shutdown on Fizz, two stacks.

With that, Yu Luocheng’s Mejai’s Soulstealer was at 6 stacks!

There was no easier way to explain the Mejai’s Soulstealer. That is to say, as the Support was easily overlooked during the battle, she had managed to engrave the blood of her enemies into its pages, bringing her Ability Power up to even greater heights!

Why would a Support need so much gold? Buying items that would benefit the team? All eyes fell on Yu Luocheng, clearly anticipating what items he would go for next.

Void Staff!

Including the gold that he had on hand previously, he bought a Void Staff. This item was an essential item for any AP champions, and Yu Luocheng, who was playing a Support had bought it!

He didn’t buy Aegis Shield, or a Shurelya’s Reverie, not even any of the support base items. He even sold his Sightstone…he was going for a damage build, a build meant for a mid lane AP! Was he planning to use a Support Lux and rely on his Mejai’s Soulstealer to turn the tides?

This was a Tournament match, not a regular or even a ranked match. With this kind of blind confidence, was he not afraid of being condemned?

Nearly 2,000 people in and outside of the emporium, their face filled with doubt and not understanding what was going on in Yu Luocheng’s head. At the same time, there was a feeling of great anticipation, hoping that Lux would use the blood of her enemies to fully stack the Mejai’s Soulstealer!

Audiences have always loved seeing something different. If Team Dawn won the match after the few crushing teamfights, that would be an expected outcome. However, with the appearance of the Mejai’s Soulstealer, especially now that it is at 6 stacks, it has taken the crowd by a storm.
