Chapter 4046 Convincing Drake
Chapter 4046 Convincing Drake
"It should also work with Elowen Frostbloom or Jade Sua. Don't they both have variant Exquisite Nine Yin Bodies called the Mystic Ice Yin Body? You can even have them both at the same time to considerably lessen their burden from refining annihilating heavenly yin."
"Jade Sua is also pregnant…!" Drake's head blew as he fumed, not knowing who to get mad at.
Himself for getting them pregnant, or Davis was even suggesting to use his wives for such a cruel dual cultivation session like they were objects or for honor, but he knew Davis didn't mean it that way since he was also a man who cared about his women foremost.
"Oh, right." Davis looked apologetic, "That only leaves Elowen Frostbloom. That said— I don't have annihilative heavenly yin."
"What?" Drake was taken aback. Then why was it that this plan was even discussed?
"The only one who could procure it from the livid heavens other than me is Myria, but even then, I don't want her to go through such trouble, so we'll see. All you need to do now is consider and discuss this difficult exchange with your beauties. If both of you don't agree by the time Myria returns with annihilative heavenly yin, then I'll give you both yin and yang wisps. If not, just let it go and continue with your ordinary cultivation that wouldn't even reach the foot of the apex."
"You-! I'll show you that we can succeed if we get those resources!"
Drake fumed. The last sentence Davis uttered was definitely provocative and, without a doubt, lit a fire in his heart.
"That's good. Become an Anarchic Divergent, and let's suffer together."
Davis chuckled and disappeared, leaving a dumbfounded Drake.
Zenflame and Rocksunder couldn't help but chuckle silently. They could tell that these two were extremely close enough to kick each other and still laugh about it.
Davis appeared near Myria and Everlight.
He gave them enough time to rationalize what he had done to Soaren and understand the intricacies involved, extracting the ancestral bloodline connected through karma from the magical beast core and using it to fuel the bloodline evolution.
"Truly profound… it doesn't seem as easy as it sounded."
Hearing Myria praise his technique, Davis nodded proudly, "Of course, to accomplish this, one has to learn the fusion of Life Laws and Karma Laws. Without this, we can't proceed, so come with me. I'll teach you. Then, we'll both invigorate Everlight's bloodline to evolve. Do you know what her next bloodline is?"
Everlight's fox ears perked up.
"I have no idea." Myria shook her head, "Every Nine Lives Gracious Fox is counted as a rarity since they're the most extinct fox species out there. Each and every single one of them has powerful allies protecting them, such as a Saintess's group or other fox clans. Maybe there are more in the Greater Realm and other Galaxies, but I'm not aware of them as they're too far away to consider. When they're nearly extinct, I can only say the higher-ranked bloodlines are in a miserable position."
Davis nodded, feeling some pity for them. These foxes tend to be tame and not attack people or anyone for that matter, choosing to escape once found, so to go after them and rip them apart for their organs and other resources that could only be found on them was too cruel.
Myria continued, "But I did hear a rumor that the Nine Lives Gracious Fox transforms into a fox that can even undergo rebirth or even grant it to someone else."
"Rebirth?" Davis frowned, "Not revival but rebirth?"
"Yes, the opportunity to go into the Reincarnation Cycle but keep their memories."
Davis raised his brows as he remembered the Viridian Afterlife Path Tree. It was a lightning-attributed tree, but it had the properties of life. It went through a strange mutation that allowed mortals to keep their memories even after they entered the Reincarnation Cycle and have their memories wiped clean.
The fact that the next evolution of Everlight was capable of rebirth meant that even Immortals or Empyreans would be crazy to have them. It was no wonder they would be extinct or…
"Is the information about them intentionally suppressed?" Davis raised his brows.
"That's highly likely." Myria nodded, her expression full of suspicion, "I think I remember one day how the Celestial Transcendent said that his wife was above a Grand Saint Magical Beast and father mentioning that his wife had once been a Nine Lives Gracious Fox, so putting the two together, I think it's likely that the Celestial Transcendent's wife underwent two evolutions."
"Damn…"
Davis was taken aback. This was news to him.
'Wait… it's no wonder the Celestial Transcendent created the Transitory Beast Taming Pact, a technique that's good for pregnancy between a human and a magical beast…'
However, he blinked, wondering what the use of it was since Nadia was doing good even without being in his soul-sea all day long.
Maybe it was a problem billions of years ago? Davis wondered.
He also wondered if the Celestial Transcendent had a problem down there but then denied it since the other party seemed to have children.
Nonetheless, shaking his head, he looked at Everlight, "As an Emperor-Tier Beast, you should have some idea of what your next evolution is through the ancestral karmic link in your core."
"It won't reveal itself before I see a glimpse of breakthrough or see the species with my own eyes. It is quite cloudy, but I can see a jade-like wisp within the silhouette of that evolution…" Everlight sounded down.
Even she didn't know why her next evolution hadn't revealed itself to her. Because she had a lot of time for herself, gardening, and using her energy to feed the resources and help them grow, it could be said she was working out a lot. She also ate in excess, so her cultivation increased faster.
She was now a Level Seven Immortal Emperor Beast, but she lacked sight of what her future would be like. As an Emperor-Tier Beast, she knew she would be evolving after she succeeded in a breakthrough to the Empyrean Beast Stage, even without anyone's help, but evolving earlier was also good. No, she wanted to evolve early to support the family with stronger abilities.
"Alright, stop picking on her." Myria intervened.
"When did I do that?" Davis shrugged. He was just asking a question but then realized he was indirectly calling Everlight incompetent for not remembering it.
After all, magical beasts tended to have a lot of pride for those who can have the most inherited memories.
"My bad…" He pursed his lips, "Don't feel pressured, Everlight. Whatever it is, you will become a strong fox, and you can be assured that you can also use your other strengths in your new form, which will allow you to be much more powerful even when using that dangerous life energy you have."
"Shishi~" Everlight giggled.
She was looking forward to it.
"What about those two? Fenren and Andiron, is it?" Myria looked towards the distance, "Have you decided what to do with them?"
"Hmm. They want to become a Starshard Luminous Wolf and an Eclipsed Void Turtle, but we'll see…"
Davis uttered before he also looked at them repeatedly, getting beaten up by Soaren. Hopefully, if he could make them evolve, the status quo might change.
