“What…” Star Lord Taibai was stunned. “Is the Northern Emperor running away? But he was the one who unleashed that sword energy, so why…”

He paused for a moment, pressed his lips tightly, and he felt raw in his throat. “There are three conclusions we can make. First, the Northern Emperor has somehow gotten an opportunity that allows him to unleash sword energy with the power of a Demi-Sage, but he failed to cut down the man from the human world. Second, the Northern Emperor couldn’t activate his authority as the emperor of the north in that area. Third, the man from the human world possesses a power that surpasses a Quasi-Sage, but this is strange. If he really is that strong, how would his world get destroyed by some Demon Lords and get pulled to the Infinite Realms Battlefield by an Immortal Lord with a Great Overarching Immortal Weapon?”
